I’m Louise - an experienced recruiter specialising in luxury hospitality (5* hotels, Private Members clubs, Michelin restaurants, luxury residences and UHNWI’s)
My ethos? People are our biggest asset. I only work with those who agree and genuinely care. My business comes from personal recommendations (clients and candidates) and there’s nothing I enjoy more than helping someone find their perfect new position or employee.
I say no to requests, often. None of this 90 hour weeks in a kitchen nonsense because you have a big name above the door. Nope, not on my watch. Looking for someone to support your General Manager and paying them just above minimum wage? Again…no. My clients ethics and morals need to align with mine.
I recruit for a variety of positions: for example Sous Chefs, Executive Assistants, Marketing Managers, F+B Leaders, Head Chefs, General Managers and HR Leaders. What do they have in common? They’re awesome positions, with great employers, excellent packages and the best managers.
